1. Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, registering for, accessing, or using omniasst, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service. You must be old enough to agree independently where you live, or have a guardian agree and supervise your use.
2. Service and account
- omniasst offers voice interaction, a butler persona, device-local reminders, and confirmed tool execution. Features vary by device, operating system, region, permission, and version.
- Registration creates or uses an OmniAsst common account. You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and take responsibility for activity under your account.
- We may update, add, limit, or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when practicable.
3. AI output and execution confirmation
AI may misunderstand, omit details, or produce inaccurate content. Review messages, third-party contacts, important scheduling, and decisions before relying on or confirming them. A butler-style identity does not give the software human identity, professional qualifications, or independent agency.
For medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-impact matters, consult a qualified professional or official source. Do not use omniasst as an emergency service.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service unlawfully, violate rights, harass, deceive, impersonate, or obtain data without authorization.
- Do not bypass allowance, security, or access controls; reverse engineer, attack, automate abuse, or disrupt the service.
- Make sure you have the right to send content delivered through your butler. You remain responsible for messages and actions you finally approve.
5. Plans, payment, renewal, and refunds
When sales open, the purchase screen will show the controlling price, allowance, period, tax, and trial terms. Store subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled within the store's required time. Apple or Google administer payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for store purchases under their rules. Deleting the App or account does not itself cancel a store subscription.
6. Content, license, and intellectual property
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service. OmniAsst or its licensors retain rights in the App, brand, interface, and software. You retain rights in content you submit and license us to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
7. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and as-available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from unverified AI output, devices, networks, third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop use or delete your account in the App. We may limit or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive—such as payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability terms—remain effective.
9. Apple Standard EULA
If you obtained omniasst through the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement is incorporated into these terms by reference. Apple does not provide the omniasst service, but you must also comply with applicable Apple Media Services terms.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes and will update the date on this page. Material changes will receive reasonable notice. Contact support@omniasst.com with questions. Governing-law and dispute rules do not remove non-waivable consumer protection where you live.
