1. How to delete
- In the App: Settings → Privacy & legal → Delete account → review the notice → confirm deletion.
- If you cannot sign in: use the button on this page and email us from your registered address. We may perform reasonable identity verification.
- After deletion, you must register again to use account-based features.
2. What is deleted
- The OmniAsst common account, credentials, verification state, and active sessions.
- omniasst server-side allowance, plan, and usage mappings associated with the account.
- Identifiable support data and settings held by the product service. Device-local reminders and notes can be removed by clearing App data or uninstalling.
3. Limited records we may retain
We may isolate and retain the minimum records required for tax, refunds, disputes, security, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations. They will not be used to continue personalized service and will be deleted or anonymized when the required period ends.
4. Timing and subscriptions
An in-app request enters the deletion process immediately. Fallback requests that need manual verification are handled within a reasonable period; if law permits an extension, we will explain why.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple- or Google-managed subscription. Check and cancel it separately in the relevant store settings to prevent renewal.
5. Safety reminders
- Support will never ask for your password, verification code, or full payment-card details.
- Deletion cannot be undone. Export or handle anything you still need first.
- If you only want to stop voice use, you can withdraw microphone permission or sign out without deleting the entire account.
